Liz

Liz was worried about being the centre of attention all day and wanted something that was understated and feminine.

She chose separates that could be worn again with different skirts and tops, and loved the high low hem that would show her shoes and not look too formal.

We created a structured bodice in ivory silk dupion with an 18th century flavour, boning and brass eyelets which she laced with purple ribbon to match her amethyst necklace and lavender flowers.

The skirt was ivory silk dupion with a gold organza layer to give a lustrous sheen. Finally a spotted tulle cape was added, rtaher than a veil, for the ceremony.

Lots of happy memories creating this lovely wedding dress togther!
